Leadership trusts the company. Sometimes we fail but there is no retaliation. We all learn from mistakes and work together to improve.

The startup equity is the most exciting part if the compensation package. There are a lot of oppurtunities to work remotely for large tech companies and get a big salary so the options are the big upside.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company goals are clear and the leadership team is all on the same page driving the company in the same direction. No power centers or internal politics. We are a united group because leadership has a clear, well communicated vision for the entire company.
