I feel like I can make a difference, that what we are setting out to do as a company is impactful, and I enjoy the people I work with. It's a fast paced start-up and we don't have everything figured out, but that's why I like it...I want to do something meaningful and grow as a result.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation is competitive, especially for our size of company. I feel fairly paid.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like what I do makes a difference, I am recognized for my effort, and feel supported. I am both pushed to grow, and set up to do so successfully.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly transparent about what is going on, and shares more than I expect. I also appreciate the humility and approachable nature of our leadership team. They are very open to questions and willing to spend time with us employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone at Elementum is knowledgable, flexible, and easy to work with. There are no egos, which you typically see in other tech companies. It feels like we are all on the same team and striving for the same goals, even though we are spread out across various regions in three countries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The supportive people and employee-centric culture. We are all remote, but everyone is very accessible and engaged. It's fun to work with others who are as invested in the company as you are. We also are #lighthearted (company value) so we don't take ourselves too seriously - we have fun!
