- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I can easily get 10k more salary (plus better bonuses) for a similar job in a similar sized company. The company undervalued me at least by 10k every year. A lot of decisions by the leadership are made with the opposite of Agile mindset where it values self-organizing team and not micromanagent
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Focusing on long term investment on their talent, not only short term benefit to get the numbers. We have 50+ EBITDA but spending minimally on resources.
