The company undervalued me at least by 10k every year. A lot of decisions by the leadership are made with the opposite of Agile mindset where it values self-organizing team and not micromanagent
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Focusing on long term investment on their talent, not only short term benefit to get the numbers. We have 50+ EBITDA but spending minimally on resources.
