What do you like best about the leadership team?
They ask questions not just tell and demand what they want done. They ask the employees what do you think would work better .
They really care about the work and the employees
They think well in terms of the big picture, but not for the employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide more support and have people who can help resolve incidents on the spot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its by my design and not just what the company wants to pay for.

Family friendly benefits for adoption and fertility

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all find areas to improve on every opportunity for success from entering to exiting everyday.
Just always responding to our needs and even if a situation cannot be fixed to your liking they receive your feedback with respect

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We believe in providing the best every chance we have with the guests.
Perfect--family oriented and respectful towards everyone
Very sensitive to life-work balance. Ive never felt pressured to skip out on whats important to me because i cant get time off
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To be able to work as a team and foster the ability to count on each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was honest and open for a real true opportunity to do great work.
Very open and easy going and they really try to get folks with great personalities. They always hire great people.
