What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership needs to take accoint of where the needs are and losten to their people. Stop with promoting people sometines 2 levels and het the proper headcount needed in certain departments. They love to hire directors and managers and not the lower level personnel needed to not get burned out
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Needs to listen. And Senior managers of QA need to be let go.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?HR needs to listen. Bullying should NEVER be allowed. Discrimination should NEVER be allowed. QA senior Manager is biggest culprit. But company tolerates this behavior.
