Mr. Jeffrey N. Simmons, also known as Jeff, has been the President of Elanco Animal Health and Senior Vice President at Eli Lilly & Co since January 2008. Mr. Simmons served as the President and Head of Elanco Animal Health Business Unit at Eli Lilly & Co. since November 1, 2009. Mr. Simmons served as Leader of Elanco Animal Health, Inc., a division of Eli Lilly & Co. since November 1, 2009. He served as President of Elanco Animal Health, Inc., a division of Eli Lilly & Co. from January 1, 2008 to November 1, 2009. He served as Elanco's Executive Director of U.S. Operations and Global Research and Development from 2006 to December 2008. Mr. Simmons joined Lilly in 1989, where he served as a Sales Representative for the animal health division. He served a variety of leadership roles in Elanco, including sales management, international marketing and geographic business leadership for both Brazil and western Europe. He served as a Director of Chiquita Brands International Inc. since May 26, 2011 until January 2015. Mr. Simmons served as an Executive Director of Elanco's U.S. Operations from 2003 to 2006.
