Mr. Joseph Tyrrell, also known as Joe, has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Ellie Mae, Inc. since March 25, 2015. Mr. Tyrrell served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Ellie Mae, Inc. until March 25, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Vendor Relations. Mr. Tyrrell served as Vice President of Strategic Client Relationships at Ellie Mae, Inc. since June 2011. Mr. Tyrrell is charged with creating and implementing processes for the way that the Ellie Mae account management staff supports Encompass360 clients after implementation. He returned to Ellie Mae after spending five years as a business process and strategic relationship consultant for several companies in the mortgage and insurance industries. He served as Senior Vice President of Vendor Relations of Ellie Mae. Mr. Tyrrell was responsible for establishing and managing all Ellie Mae vendor and settlement service provider relationships, interfaces and activities. He has a diverse background in mortgage and consumer sales, marketing and lending operations, having started his financial career as a financial and operations analyst with the home loan, student loan and student card divisions of Wells Fargo Bank. He later became Chief Credit Officer and Vice President of Operations for Affinity Finance and Vice President of Operations for the home loan division of Providian Financial. He has been a Director of Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization, Inc. since January 13, 2015. He has been a featured writer for Mortgage Matters magazine and received a Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College.
