Mr. Sigmund Anderman, also known as Sig, co-founded Ellie Mae, Inc. in August 1997 and has been its Executive Chairman since February 1, 2015. Mr. Anderman served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ellie Mae, Inc., from August 1997 to February 1, 2015 and also served as its Chairman of the Board until February 1, 2015. He served as the President of Ellie Mae, Inc. until 2013. Twenty years ago, long before the advent of the Internet or even personal computers, he pioneered the use of computer technology in the mortgage industry by founding CompuFund-the first computer-based mortgage banking network in the country-and coined the phrase 'CLO.' In addition to CompuFund, he co-founded American Home Shield, a division of ServiceMaster and Inspectech Corp., a division of LandAmerica. He has been a Director of Ellie Mae Inc. since August 1997. Mr. Anderman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from City University of New York and a Juris Doctor from New York University.
