Change my position and not be in the management role that I am under paid for.

A more concerned management group and less aggressive to those who do not fit their visual standard.

Communication on goals and future steps with each employee to know where your growth pattern will be through the company and your career path with them.

The coworkers are a strong team to work with and only changes I recommend are being kore persistent on making sure management gives them back their worth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When reaching out to the management about positions and compensation you are told exactly why you are not valued at that dollar amount or they figure out how to tell you that you need to do kore to make more. When in fact you work around the clock and let it impact family life to take care of them.
