They are down to earth people who work towards our goal of making sure our customers are taken care of. They are easy to access and my managers door is always open.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When reaching out to the management about positions and compensation you are told exactly why you are not valued at that dollar amount or they figure out how to tell you that you need to do kore to make more. When in fact you work around the clock and let it impact family life to take care of them.
