If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Ellucian?
More transparency from executive management down.
More transparency from the top down would go a long way toward making people feel valued. Experience and industry knowledge need to be respected once again. Ellucian needs to be a company of education professionals who build software, not the other way around.
