The company does a lot for its employees outside of comp.

Market rates are higher and Ellucian is definitely behind in compensation.

It takes a long time to change anything here, if at all.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to achieve something and proving new models can actually work. Then seeing it in coworkers when they realize that we can evolve.
