They are transparent and communicate with people at all levels.
The leadership team goes out of their way to make the company a better place to work. They continually receive feedback and explain the why when making decisions.
Good since I became a full time employee I really feel more of the team. when I was a contractor I had hardly any interaction with the leadership team. The training from the leadership team was in depth and helped me a lot.
As a remote developer, I communicate mostly with my boss, and his boss. Both of which are down-to-earth, honest, reliable and supportive.
