Market rates are higher and Ellucian is definitely behind in compensation.
Frequently asked to work outside my role. With no plan/expectation to transfer into the higher paying role. Health Insurance has been a bit of a mess lately with very mixed experiences from person to person. No Bonuses outside of management and sales.
