Jackson Medeiros de Farias Schneider — Executive Vice President of Defense and Security at Embraer SA

Mr. Jackson Medeiros de Farias Schneider has been Executive Vice President of Defense and Security at Embraer SA since January 1, 2014 and served as its Chief Executive Officer of Defense & Security. Mr. de Farias Schneider has been an Independent Director at Est??cio Participa'?es S.A. since April 27, 2016. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Mercedes- Benz do Brasil and some associations, such as Ayrton Senna Institute, AACD and MASP. He was a member of the Board of Contributors of the Ministry of Finance. He has a bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade de Bras??lia and MBA in Business Administration from Business School S??o Paulo.
