I love some of my coworkers, they are great people and they do the best they can. After getting close with a lot of my employees they feel the same uncertainty day to day I feel with how this business is ran.

Like any company you make it want you want it to be. The culture is safety driven. Everyone preaches safety yet nit everyone follow it

What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine was face to face interview. I loved the personal touch and interaction. Niw its done mostly online and over the phone. Its lost the personal touch and honestly, you cant read a persons body language over thr phone.

Quick response from human resources. Negotiable pay.
The free coffee. I felt slightly uncomfortable during my interview process. I felt like I was being hired because I was a woman. At the time I needed a job that offered full time and benefits so I was happy to have the opportunity.
