Accountability, follow through and trust in their staff who they hired to do the jobs that they are supposed to do. Support middle managers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work is not distributed equally among staff members and no fiscal bonuses to compensate for others who are covering for roles/deliverables.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, curious, and funny. We enjoy eachother's company and push eachother to continue to grow.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Accountability to clients and each other and follow-through to deliver solid work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We love our clients, and we love what we do. We are family people, and hold the work/life balance in high regard. Health is a priority.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus. Human-centric leadership and direct conversations with each other where truth is delivered.
