What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We love our clients, and we love what we do. We are family people, and hold the work/life balance in high regard. Health is a priority.
What makes you most happy at work?Solving problems with a brilliant team of digital experts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Accountability, follow through and trust in their staff who they hired to do the jobs that they are supposed to do. Support middle managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Work is not distributed equally among staff members and no fiscal bonuses to compensate for others who are covering for roles/deliverables.
