Mr. Frank J. Dellaquila has been the Chief Financial Officer of Emerson Electric Co., since February 2010 and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since November 2016. Mr. Dellaquila served as Executive Vice President of Emerson Electric Co from November 2012 to November 2016. Mr. Dellaquila served as Senior Vice President of Emerson Electric Co., since February 2010. Mr. Dellaquila served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of Emerson Electric Co., since 2009. He joined Emerson in 1991 as Vice President and Treasurer and held that position until 2000 when he became senior vice president of finance and Chief Financial Officer for Emerson's Motors and Appliance Components business. Since 2004, he served as Senior Vice President of acquisitions and development for Emerson. Mr. Dellaquila holds a Bachelor's Degree in accounting from Fordham University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University.
