There is no bonus or equity AT ALL at my business unit until the director level, but other business units can get bonuses. We are one of the most profitable businesses, but do not get rewarded for it.

They will only hire internally in Finance at the Director level, which backfires on them sometime. The CEO promised to not change our work arrangement, and then less than a year later gave us a RTO.

Emerson Process Management is great at "trial by fire." If you are good at learning on the go by trial and error, you will do great. But if you are looking for more structured guidance, Emerson could use improvement.
