What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have workers review supervisors and managers, when multiple negative reviews arise, there is a real problem! Do something about it!
They will only hire internally in Finance at the Director level, which backfires on them sometime. The CEO promised to not change our work arrangement, and then less than a year later gave us a RTO.
In sourcing than outsourcing. More autonomy
No favoritism towards certain employees
Price per share they no other values
Small rooms for efficient work
Company top heavy with senior management roles
Better facilities for workers. Better pay for workers. More direction from upper management and less politics. Too much soft handed process adoption.
hire a more diverse work force, be inclusive. Enforce faster decision making. Pay equality and pave the path for talented employees and not for those exclusively with 10+ yrs of Emerson experience.
