What needs to change to make the company culture better?Have workers review supervisors and managers, when multiple negative reviews arise, there is a real problem! Do something about it!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?They will only hire internally in Finance at the Director level, which backfires on them sometime. The CEO promised to not change our work arrangement, and then less than a year later gave us a RTO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is no bonus or equity AT ALL at my business unit until the director level, but other business units can get bonuses. We are one of the most profitable businesses, but do not get rewarded for it.
