Define a process and follow exactly. Issues are not w.r.to the skill but a huge lack in defining role and responsibilities . Follow the process
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company CEO is very good. Down to earth person. He is very motivating.
The Organisation is well connected with each other co-owners. It is easy to contact the required person when you are in trouble. A Fresher and a Vice president is treated with Same respect.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing much to such it is good.
What makes you most happy at work?
An Employee friendly Company. I'm a Job hopper for one or other reasons. But In Emids, i wish to be for more than 5 years. I love the company.
