sheer volume of customers. underly technology infrastructure is having a hard time keeping up

have clear job responsibilities, definitions, and understanding of how you might progress in your career.
How's the work life balance at Emma?
heavily balanced toward life. never feels like it encroaches on your home life. very flexible with kids, hours, appointments, etc. remote friendly and WFH friendly too with little to no constraint.
How does Emma make decisions around promotions?
they dont. good luck getting a raise
