I like the fact that the leadership teams seems to make excellent decisions regarding the healthcare system. I rarely hear negative information in the news regarding the system. In addition, I hear more positive than negative. I think this is a reflection of the leadership and the employees.

Enjoying the interaction with my future boss. I was provided different patient scenerios and given the oppurtunity to see how I would respond to the siutation which really put me in the perspective of the future job.
I understand that background checks are needed on employees but the process is very slow. After the background check, you have to wait for the orientation class so the process is kind of slow.
