What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how we learn from each other. Everybody is always learning and sharing what they know, trying to help each other do the best possible work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are very smart, and set a great example of working hard and treating everyone with respect. From what I've seen, there are no "arrogant jerks" who obsess about power or self-promotion ( like I've seen in other places I've worked). Instead, the leaders are real teammates.
