We get along, horrible management causes intentional tension.

Disappointing pay, management getting over and pocketing the bonuses.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Real easy, we all get asked 3 questions and get hired immediately. Generic questions everyone gets asked.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This alvin site gets paid about $20/hr per agent and only pay the agents $10/hr while also holding out on bonuses because they never receive the funds. But In all actuality, it has been confirmed that they do receive the bonus money and choose not to pay. Look at the supervisors we lost b/c of this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to promote the people who have been successful in the field or hands on with the customers. Not play politics. Move up the people who deserve it and who can truly help the company move forward. It starts at the top, of the top is crooked , his work will be reflected at the lowest level.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leadership, pay the money to the workers and not fire to hire and get over on the next agent. And dozens of people as far as I know in recent months have been fired and cannot get their pension, even if they got fired for a lie. And everyone who knows the truth keeps quiet as they can b fired
