I have grown in this company so I appreciate that there is room for growth. The work expectations have been extremely unreasonable many times. They say they want to provide good work life balance but they also make it impossible. The bonus structure is unfair.

There is room to move up if you work at it.

It’s an organization nightmare. The company doesn’t do well with working together. It’s not a very welcoming environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no orderly methods in place. So everyone is all over the place. If there was some type of realistic order then I would enjoy my co workers more.
