Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pay for the highest Insurance Benefits program and still stuck with thousands owed yearly.

Sales consultants support and encourage each other.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is really stressed. It causes a survival of the fittest type atmosphere. No one takes accountability for their own faults or portion of business. Customers are constantly complaining about service, because our departments cannot work well together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy assisting customers and providing a pleasant experience.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work/life balance. I get up at 4:30 am to be at work at 6am (start work time) leave the office at 4pm and then am on-call until 9:30, then have to answer e-mails to GM until 11:30pm. It's hard to see my kids, see my wife, family or even make a sandwich for dinner.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Really positive outlook. The guys were laid back, enjoyed the company, but then jumpped ship 8 weeks after I came on.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
General Manager really takes the sales out of the work day. I have 30+ years or work experience and have never experienced the likes of him. People have worked in my office 13 years and are jumping ship, since Rocky came on.
