What do you like best about the leadership team?
Willing to try new things. A very open minded executive team.
The leadership team is helpful and they listen to your suggestions.
It doesn't matter your role in the company, the leadership team treats everyone with respect, and they make you feel a part of the team.
Leadership team is super-accessible--there's no ego among them.
How the partner together to effectively accomplish our goals. They also care about their teams to ensure each individual is getting what they need and want out of their careers.

Treat your employees like people rather than just numbers to boost your bonuses even higher.
Treat employees like people and stop publicly patting yourselves on the back.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone is routinely not trained but they learn quickly. Bonuses were restructured this year and the change was not communicated.

The individual people you work with are great. Almost everyone is kind and willing to help you out

There were not a lot of steps to the interview process.
They weren't just interviewing me about work experience they genuinely wanted to know about who I was and what I was striving for the future.
