This has been the worse experience i have ever had. Was severly injured on a job by no fault if mine in any way. My Resource manager is a horrible person. He's broken laws, lied and treats me like i am garbage. It's sickening how poorly im being treated while injured.

Learn to speak english, the communication gap is a hazard.

Take care of your employees and b good to them.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be sure of what role you will be doing, what shift and the like. Finding out on start day is a bit overwhelming.
