My team is small, but powerful. They listen, are always open to new ideas, and foster creativity on a daily basis. I'm motivated but feel as though I've become MORE creative simply by being around so many bright people who want to leverage tech, grow sales, and treat each other well.

Learn to speak english, the communication gap is a hazard.
Follow through on ALL job duties, not just the ones they feel like doing. Better communication would help.
