What did you like most about the interview process?
The people who interviewed me. All have left or have been laid off.

I talked to 5 people but it could have easily been more - some firms give you many rounds of interviews. These were quick, and moved along without a snag or delay. The process took less than three full weeks.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be sure of what role you will be doing, what shift and the like. Finding out on start day is a bit overwhelming.
Shorten the process / be more responsive
Huge interview panels with multiple rounds. I also had to answer 15 essay questions
