Quite honestly there is nothing.
Leadership doesn't seem to care about their employees. They should realize that as a service based company they should value their employees and work on retaining those with company and business knowledge.
Our department has not had a single promotion in years even though senior level employees have left. Those remaining have to do the work of higher positions without the pay. Management changes our titles but then uses the new title to say we are entry level even though we are doing the same job.
