The company has progressed to put tools in place to allow for more efficient and flexible work environment. I've received recognition for work well done. There have been a lot of peak work times, not many valleys which makes time fly by!

What part of Emtec's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Managed services. Consulting services having trouble -- long sales cycle
Cloud business. However, traditional consulting is suffering

Not sure if that's possible; however, it's not a bad culture
More cross-training.
What's the work from home policy like at Emtec?
It's great! In fact, it's encouraged in the US. Very flexible in terms of where one works. Only exception is if a client wants an associate onsite at their location.
How secure do you feel at your job at Emtec?
Not very. Seems to be more people leaving than joining

Generally a phone screen with recruiting. Then one or two interviews with hiring manager/peers. In-person interview if you are close to an office or in a higher-level search. Final interview with hiring mgr and senior leadership.

Personally he is well-liked. His direction is not clear. He does care about associates.
