What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture of this company is AMAZING! The CEO truly cares about the employees and their well-being. He takes an interest in knowing who you are. The current leadership team has had their challenges in getting Emtec back on the right track, but are doing a great job and making it a team effort.
People oriented, open culture, accessible, forward thinking
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Strategic direction is off and their sales team reeks of desperation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible work schedule, result based incentives

The team I am a part of is a group of go-getters and are here to do the best they can to contribute to the company's overall well-being.

Great collaborative team environment with growth oriented thinking
diverse, collaborative, flexible, busy, can be fun
Most of us are remote workers!
Very entrepreneurial and collaborative. Good cross-practice interactions when they do happen

Lots of change; no acknowledgement of many sudden departures; seem to want to send everything offshore.
