Comfortable and non-demanding; at this point in my career (I'm towards the end of my working career), it suits me.
A bit of a roller coaster at times, but overall I work with a team that wants to be successful and works hard to achieve that.
The company has progressed to put tools in place to allow for more efficient and flexible work environment. I've received recognition for work well done. There have been a lot of peak work times, not many valleys which makes time fly by!
Seven years and continues to be wonderful!
