Mr. Byron C. Neiles has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Services - Enbridge Inc. and Director of Enbridge Inc. since May 2, 2016 and January 12, 2017 Respectively. Mr. Neiles served as a Senior Vice President of Major Projects, Enterprise Safety & Operational Reliability at Enbridge Inc. from January 1, 2015 to May 2, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Major Projects at Enbridge Pipelines Inc. until November 23, 2014. He served as Vice President of Major Projects at Midcoast Holdings, L.L.C., General Partner of Midcoast Energy Partners, L.P. since May 2013. Mr. Neiles served as Senior Vice President of Major Projects at Enbridge Inc. and Enbridge Pipelines Inc. since November 2011 until November 23, 2014. He served as a Senior Vice President of Major Projects of Enbridge Energy Company, Inc., the General Partner of Enbridge Energy Partners LP and Enbridge Energy Management L.L.C., an affiliate of Enbridge Energy Partners LP since April 2013. He served as Vice President of Engineering Procurement Construction & Project Service at Enbridge Pipelines Inc. since January 2010. Mr. Neiles served as a Vice President of Major Projects at Enbridge Inc. He served as Vice President of Project Services at Enbridge Pipelines Inc. since April 2008 until December 2009. He served as Vice President of Customer, Regulatory & Public Affairs of Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. from 2003 to March 2008, Vice President of Legal Regulatory & Public Affairs of Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. from June 2003 to August 2006 and prior thereto, Director of Public & Government Affairs at Enbridge Inc. from July 1998 to May 2003. Mr. Neiles has oversight of Enbridge's Information Technology, Human Resources, Real Estate & Workplace Services, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Safety and Operational Reliability, Public Affairs & Communications (including Corporate Social Responsibility), and Aviation groups. He is a trustee of the Canadian Museum of Nature and the Makadiff Sports Corp.; additionally, he is an active volunteer with numerous community organizations. He joined Enbridge in 1994. Mr. Neiles holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree In Political Science from the University of Regina and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
