He served as Vice President and Secretary of Edgewell Personal Care Company from 2010 to July 1, 2015 and served as its General Counsel from April 16, 2012 to July 1, 2015. He served as a Partner of Bryan Cave, LLP from 2007 to 2010 and specialized in many areas including business and transactional counseling and mergers and acquisitions. He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities and private business. He joined Energizer in 2010 as Assistant General Counsel. He joined Bryan Cave LLP in 1998. He represented a variety of companies ranging from large public companies to start-up companies in various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private sales of debt and equity securities, venture capital investments, general commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. He has experience with companies in a number of industries, including biotechnology, agricultural business, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing and consumer goods. He serves as a Director at Energizer NZ Limited. He holds a Law Degree from Saint Louis University and an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Notre Dame.
