Mr. Ramsey leads Energy Transfer Partners commercial activities along with the operations, engineering, construction and compression business segments. He serves as the President of Ramsey Energy Management, LLC, Dollarhide Management, LLC and Gateshead Oil, LLC. He serves as a Manager of MSR Energy, LLC, the general partner of Shafter Lake Energy Partners, Ltd. He served as the President of RPM Exploration, Ltd. since 2000. He served as the President of DDD Energy, Inc. from 2001 to 2002. From 1996 to 2000, he worked at Seitel Inc. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of OEC Compression Corp. from 1996 to 2000 and its Consultant since September 1999. He served as Vice President of Nuevo Energy Company from 1991 to 1996. He served as an Executive Vice President of Nuevo Energy Company. From 1990 to 1996, he was employed by Torch Energy Advisors, Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President. He joined Torch Energy as Vice President of Land and served as its Senior Vice President of Land since 1992. Mr. Ramsey has more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Ramsey was self employed for eleven years. He has significant experience as an executive officer and director in a variety of oil and gas companies and has broad knowledge of the oil and gas industry. He has been the Chairman of Sunoco GP LLC since April 30, 2015 and has been its Director since August 29, 2014. He has been a Director of Susser Petroleum Partners GP, LLC at Susser Petroleum Partners LP since August 29, 2014. He has been a Director of Regency Energy Partners LP since April 9, 2014. He has been a Director of LE GP, LLC, the General Partner of Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. since July 17, 2012. He has been a Director Energy Transfer Partners, L.L.C since November 9, 2015.
