The leadership team is very competent and appreciative of employees

Leadership is terrible. It is a good ole boys club. If you don't fit in, you will be pushed out. Very high school atmosphere.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus pay out is not guaranteed, but it has the potential to be lucrative.
Very good quality health, dental and vision insurance with competitive wages

Unlimited overtime and year end bonus
The pay is adequate for the work. You will work very long hours almost everyday but the pay is a good incentive for that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation does not meet industry standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative and supportive of development.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It is very cliquey. If you do not fit in, they will not give you the time of day and will tell the manager you are in the wrong simply to push you out. Management is all apart of it and a joke.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are challenged to grow and given autonomy to make decisions. Everyone takes ownership of their decisions and is accountable for those decisions.
We are team. Lawyers have almost ruined the petroleum industry
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be less high school drama.

Informal interview process that focuses on understanding how a persons soft skills compare to their technical expertise.
