Mr. Thomas E. Long, also known as Tom, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Fayetteville Express Pipeline. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer Partners, L.L.C., a General Partner of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. since April 2015 and also serves as Chief Financial Officer of ETC Tiger Pipeline, LLC. Mr. Long has been Chief Financial Officer of PennTex Midstream Partners, LLC at PennTex Midstream Partners, LP since November 1, 2016. Mr. Long has been a Group Chief Financial Officer of LE GP, LLC - General Partner for Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. since February 5, 2016. Mr. Long is responsible for all financial aspects of the entire family of partnerships under ETE, including ETP, Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. ( SXL) and Sunoco LP ( SUN). He serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Regency GU GP LLC. He was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at DCP Midstream Operating, LP. Mr. Long served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Regency GP LLC, General Partner of Regency Energy Partners LP from November 2010 to April 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary of Matrix Service Company from May 2008 to November 2010 and served as its Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from April 2008 to May 2010. Mr. Long served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DCP Midstream GP, LLC, the General Partner of DCP Midstream Partners LP from September 2005 to April 30, 2008, where he was responsible for all financial aspects of this publicly traded natural gas and natural gas liquids midstream business. He served as Vice President of National Methanol Company, Duke Energy's international chemical joint venture, since December 2004. He served as Principal Accounting Officer - General Partner of DCP Midstream Partners, LP since March 30, 2006. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Long served in several executive positions with subsidiaries of Duke Energy Corp., Charlotte, NC. During his tenure at Duke Energy, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its publicly owned power company in Ecuador and an Executive Vice President of National Methanol Company, a Duke Energy Corp. chemical joint-venture in Saudi Arabia. From April 2002 to December 2004, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Duke Energy Field Services (DEFS). From April 1, 2000 to April 2002, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations of DEFS. Mr. Long joined Duke Energy in 1979 and served in a variety of positions in accounting, finance, tax, investor relations and business development. He has been a Director of PennTex Midstream Partners, LLC at PennTex Midstream Partners, LP since November 1, 2016. He has been a Director of Sunoco LP since May 18, 2016 and Sunoco GP LLC since May 05, 2016. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas. Mr. Long has a B.A. in Accounting from Lamar University, Beaumont.
