For 21 years, he held several positions at C&D Technologies, including the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2001 to 2006. He worked as a Senior Accountant at KPMG. Mr. Kane received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Widener University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
