Great. The people, the ability to work on projects outside of my job description, and the support to continually grow is something I have not experienced at other companies.

Pretty good, it's just that the wages are not very high.

We have a group of well-seasoned executives who have been in our space for most of their career. They have an expertise unlike any other competitive. They are also a team that cares about having a strong culture where we continue to grow and improve it.

I appreciate the leadership the executive team shows at Engagio. I think they do a good job leading by example in terms of our cultural values and what I appreciate most is that they see the bigger picture and make long-term bets.

They are pretty helpful themselves.

Our total compensation package is competitive. As a start up we also receive more options compared to other start ups. This helps set us apart and gives us a higher stake in the company. It reminds us that we are in it together and we all need to work hard to achieve our goals.

I'm very well compensated for the work I do, no complaints there!

I feel that I get paid too little for what I'm doing.

The people at Engagio are top notch. You can learn a ton from every single Giopod (what we call ourselves). They are kind people who want you to grow as a person and professionally. The people help keep me here. I have also heard many people say that they have made life long friends with the people.

My co-workers truly make coming to work every day enjoyable, the team has each other's back when issues arise and I feel there's a lot of mutual trust we all have.

We could meet up in a better environment and better talk about the current issues.

We strive to continue to work on our company culture. We have a set of values that our two co-founders created and we continue to work on living them out everyday. Giopods help grow and improve our culture. We have a culture committee that creates initiatives and executes on them.

The people who do well are the ones who hustle and work smart. As expected, this is not a 9-5 "check out and I'm done" or "easy" job, and that's the way I like it. Overall, I think there's good energy in the office and our team is very positive.

The interview process is thorough. We are looking for high performers and those that will help improve our company culture for the better. These are high stakes! Our hiring managers do a good job of keeping candidates updated on the process and the statuses, etc.

The freedom I have to do my job. We have a great group of managers who trust you to do your job and do it well. We have a growth mindset as a group and we continue to show that by giving Giopods more responsibility, allowing them to further their education, etc.

Helping our customers find success with our products and meet their goals, it's the best feeling.

Not much, I just think that many employees are being underpaid.
