  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
    We have a group of well-seasoned executives who have been in our space for most of their career. They have an expertise unlike any other competitive. They are also a team that cares about having a strong culture where we continue to grow and improve it.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    Our total compensation package is competitive. As a start up we also receive more options compared to other start ups. This helps set us apart and gives us a higher stake in the company. It reminds us that we are in it together and we all need to work hard to achieve our goals.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
    The people at Engagio are top notch. You can learn a ton from every single Giopod (what we call ourselves). They are kind people who want you to grow as a person and professionally. The people help keep me here. I have also heard many people say that they have made life long friends with the people.
