What do you like best about the leadership team?We have a group of well-seasoned executives who have been in our space for most of their career. They have an expertise unlike any other competitive. They are also a team that cares about having a strong culture where we continue to grow and improve it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Our total compensation package is competitive. As a start up we also receive more options compared to other start ups. This helps set us apart and gives us a higher stake in the company. It reminds us that we are in it together and we all need to work hard to achieve our goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?The people at Engagio are top notch. You can learn a ton from every single Giopod (what we call ourselves). They are kind people who want you to grow as a person and professionally. The people help keep me here. I have also heard many people say that they have made life long friends with the people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel that I get paid too little for what I'm doing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We could meet up in a better environment and better talk about the current issues.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Not much, I just think that many employees are being underpaid.
