It has few but ours are onsite mostly
How does Engility make decisions around promotions?
It doesnt it gives you a small percentage increase for cost of living. So about 2% increase in pay. It also weighs your degrees and certifications over your skill
How's the vacation policy at Engility?
You get 4 hours every pay period but you don't get sick time. So your vacation time is your sick time.
