We get about 450 each year to used towards gym and things

Lack of transparency between sales and managers

What are some of the best things about your team?
Generally interacting day to day around the office is fine. Perks and parties. It feels like an episode of The Office sometimes.
Remote employees are difficult to collaborate with but it's getting better

Communication overall. Improve office environment

Everyone is moving in the same direction

The interviewer was nice and seemed sharp and like a good worker. She left shortly after I started, go figure.
