Lack of communication. No pay raise overworked just to make ends meet, manager or scheduler refuse tos tep in when short handed, forced to work longer hours when ppl are no show or refuse to work under certain contains. Agency members make more than reg staff
Lack of commitment and respect for any cbrf employee / agency that works u dee their roof. Ive worked there and had issues woth management favoritism/ harassment bullying and at this age snitches to get their own way when they were in the wrong. I always had to defend my choice to quit/ work
