In house leadership (Exec directors) have been great - but in one year one ledt due to burning out & other was fired, in part b/c they recognized we could not cont. accepting new residents until understaffing was resolved. Regional & corp ldrshp have detrimental metrics & cont make things worse

Our Exec director jumps in to help in dining room, do res cares, drive to appointments, sing to residents - bad part is they need to b/c understaffed. Leadership outside of community don't have the best communication & too many layers creates inconsistency, confusion & frustration

Be there as a team player not when it works best for you, staff have been run up on woth hours and no choice to stay when pol fail to show up. Pay raises are never heard of when working here. Residents need us but we need good pay and lives and families to attend to

They lie, they try to sale rooms with false promises and they sometimes pick on certain residents and staff. They are essentially bullies. If you report issues they will come Back from corporate then you no longer have a chance. Hostile work environment for sure.

coming out and actually doing pop up visits. I'm there because i love the residents. there is no organization. they bring dogs to work show up in pajamas. show up when they want to not when scheduled give you the orientation packet and say sign it and give it back to me always out of everything

Health package, "unlimited" pto. It is difficult to get. You're tied down to the building. I have never had a weekend free from my building in the year i have worked here

The employees dont get enough time off they dont care about the employees well being nor personal lives. The values they say they have are untrue.

Focus of whole place on bottlm line instd of people we r serving. Stop changin # of hrs we can work based on # of residents - how can low hourly workers live on unpredictable hrs/income? No reg raises. Also, we only earn 5 days total sick/PTO in a year - lowest i have ever received at any company

i was never made aware of benefits nor stocks or anything else. I started and figured out where everything was on my own. I've been doing this kind of work for 31 years and I've never seen anything of this sort. where I am just needs to be restructured . people cant utilize things they dont know

Managers need to start helping us instead of putting it all off on us and I need a raise. 2 years and I've been reliable and overworked taking every shifts to help them while they get their days off im ran ragged.

1. Only 5 days PTO earned in 1st yr, 10 days in 2nd & never goes beyond. No PTO earned for OT 2. Insurance doesn't cover much 3. Ability to speak to anybody is covered in so many layers/calls it's very difficulty/time intensive to speak to anyone 4. FT is 37.5 & # of hours not consistent

We work together fine, we need more coworkers instead of agency girls that don't work and an ED that gives a crap about us rather than worried about her vacations and days off

They need training, direction and supervision by competent managers

Prn's where I work are awesome and great to clients and other employees, there is just a few that have ruined it the manager by not caring, making promises didn't keep and not handling the bully that works there after many complaints.

People work in this field because they care about other people more than their own well being and put forth constant effort, heart and sweat to get the job done. Inclusive and strive to do a great job

Loved working there in beginning and after they hired on toxic person the workplace is miserable already caused 3 to leave with her lies, character assassination and horrible attitude.
