What did you like most about the interview process?

It was short and to the point

Everyone was friendly and comfortable to talk to

mostly zoom, which was nice due to covid

The director made me comfortable and was very kind amd genuine.

forget the interview that was 2 years ago fix our problems before we close for good or all your staff walk out

I spoke with the Executive Director directly and they made it more about getting to know me as a person than just the normally stale, predictable interview questions. It was clear the director was interested in me as a person and not just a body to fill a position
